Yes. Suppliers pay the GPO a small administrative fee on contracted purchases — that funds the program. Members never pay dues, fees, or markups.
What happens after I sign up?

Do I have to change suppliers?
No. You choose which contracts to use. Many members keep most existing relationships and simply reset pricing and terms through GPS contracts.
