These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of grouppurchasingsolutions.com and the Group Purchasing Solutions ("GPS") membership program. By using this site or enrolling as a member, you agree to these Terms.
Membership
- Membership is free and open to businesses and organizations. One account per member organization.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Either party may terminate membership at any time; upon termination, access to member pricing and programs ends.
Confidentiality of Pricing
GPS contract pricing and terms are confidential. Members agree not to disclose contract pricing outside their organization or use it to negotiate pricing with non-participating suppliers.
Programs and Suppliers
GPS provides access to pre-negotiated supplier agreements. Purchases are made directly between members and suppliers; GPS is not a party to those transactions and does not itself provide the underlying products or services. Program availability, pricing, and terms may change and can vary by region and category. Supplier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No Purchase Obligation
Membership imposes no obligation to purchase through any program, and most programs carry no minimum spend requirement.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This website and the GPS program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or program, or from transactions between members and suppliers.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of GPS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
